The meeting focused on Joint Cooperation and Cross Border Search Operations, which are set out in Article 26 of the Police Cooperation Convention for Southeast Europe. Lectures and discussions on EU experience, reasons and technical requirements for agreements on this subject, legal authorities and liabilities, were held. Topics that discussed were the following: Mixed Analysis and other Working Groups, Control and Surveillance Teams, Cross Border Search Operations for Fugitive Suspects, Cross Border Search of Missing Persons and Authorities.
