Ljubljana, Slovenia - The members of the PCC SEE Thematic Working Group on Telecommunications (TWG) met for the second time. The meeting was organised under the auspice of Bulgarian Chairmanship-in-Office and in co-organisation with the PCC SEE Secretariat. It took place in Ljubljana, Slovenia from 26-28 November 2014 with the financial support of the SPCP 2012-2016 and EC ISEC co-funded projects. The objective of the meeting was to review the progress achieved since the last meeting and to discuss the Contracting Parties’ (border police) radio-telecommunication requirements, based on the summary of the questionnaire results. With an aim to achieve further compatibility and standardisation of communication systems, the participants also exchanged information on national experience, best practises and latest technical solutions.
