The Ad Hoc Working Group on Data Protection was established with the Rules of Procedure for Evaluations in the Area of Data Protection, adopted by the Committee of Ministers on 17 November 2009 in Brussels. This Working Group will agree upon all details for the execution of the specific evaluations and will monitor the respecting of the provisions from the Convention with regard to data protection.
