Second Minor Meeting of the Surveillance Expert Network for Southeast Europe (SENSEE)

Podgorica, Montenegro – The Second Minor Meeting of the Surveillance Expert Network for Southeast Europe (SENSEE) was organised between 23-25 May 2016 with the aim to continue work of the Network and to address certain topics in a smaller group in order to address problems/issues/topics that do not necessary affect all 11 PCC SEE CPs to the same extent. The participants form Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Slovenia and Europol engaged in discussion about night surveillance and counter-surveillance and presented practical examples and various issues that they face within their services. They also welcomed the signing of the bilateral implementing agreement between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro, thus enabling practical execution of cross-border surveillance activities between the two countries.
